Remember that it takes a few months of regular practise to feel the benefits, so give it time and find a class you enjoy. Finding a yoga class The MS Society has run two Training Days for Gentle Yoga Teachers to give them background knowledge about MS, and equip them with skills to run yoga classes suitable for people with MS. All teachers included in the list below have attended the Training Day either in 2010 or 2011. You may contact them directly if you wish to join a local yoga class. Yoga for MS classes The MS Society has also set up 2 yoga classes, one north and one south of Adelaide, which are specifically for people with MS. These are run by Gentle Yoga Teachers who have attended the MS Society training day, and are suitable for people in wheelchairs as they are chair-based classes. They are suitable for all those who prefer a very gently class. Details of the classes are as follows. Please contact the teacher before attending the class.
