Immersion Therapy with Determined2
20th September 2017
If you heard Joanne Blesing speak at the book launch on World MS Day you would have seen and heard of Immersion Therapy.
It is best explained by looking at the website http://www.determined2.com.au/
Participants are in the pool with an instructor, they use breathing apparatus to allow them to move below the surface – it offers ‘freedom of movement within a weightless environment’. Descriptions include ‘therapeutic, weightless, liberating, safe, and fun’.
